Personally this isnt my type of thing, and i only watched the first 3 minutes and the last three minutes. I can see however, how to the majority of people this would be fantastic. Since its not my taste, but it's still good, ill give you an 8

I looked at this on the front thinking it was one of those shooter games which were short but entertained you in a way which made you want more. Instead i got some cheap background, a pixely picture of some guy in a gay suit, moving around shooting out some bullets and having other bullets flying at him, and seeing no variation in sight. Try making it a game next time.

did it not strike you as strange to have a few enemies, a boss, fight a few enemies, then another boss, and if you fail at any point you have to start over? I'm sorry. I feel really bullshitted. If you make it with optional saving next time, inbetween bosses...well...

The thing I like about your animations, is that most animators start off with really bad animation and gradually improve. You've always had a constant awesome quality. keep it up!

Yes, it seems I've walked into a paradox of time and space, newgrounds is all messed up, games that look crap from the front page aren't, and games that look good are crap.

Sorry but yours was closer to the latter, it started off looking great, and I LURVEE the chick character (reminds me of someone I know) but the combat system made me regret it. I've never really liked the square tiles turn based thing (even though I've got nothing agaisn't it) but this one was bad simply because of the way you tried to get turn based combat into it. there was a VERY limited move selection, leaving it not up to stragety, or skill, but just trying to go along with the the energy bar or whatever. When I got to the first boss with the giant bean (a nice touch I might add) I killed his minions lost the chick and kept on fighting, which is how it should be. But my lack of a 3rd character meant that everytime I attacked the giant bean it healed itself, and unless i was using trigger happy it healed itself more than i could hurt it, making my attempts to kill it pointless. By the end i was getting really close, somehow and was just about to kill it, when i got killed. I still had my summon left but aparently even though it stayed on after the chick left, it DIDNT COUNT.
This may be the longest review I've ever done.

Because this looked like one of those first timers that seem to go at 1/2 fps and aren't scary at all. This one surprised me with its epic drawing and such, even if the atmosphere wasn't entirely scary. Then again I feel incapable of emotion these days so it was probably pretty good :D
The story line intriguing and the audio and graphics were perfect.
Just what a flash should be. *COUGH COUGH* <-- to all the bad animators
(btw where'd you get that people = shit thingy I NEED IT! xD xD)
